Harm's Reach Workplace Artist Program
Harm's Reach is an independent contemporary art project space dedicated to creating meaningful dialogue between artists and the broader community. We believe that artists contribute more than objects—they offer unique ways of observing, questioning, and understanding the world.
The Workplace Artist Program is a simple pilot initiative that brings contemporary artistic practice into the workplace through a temporary exhibition and artist-led conversation.
For one month, a curated artwork will be installed within your office. During the exhibition, the artist will visit your workplace to present their practice and engage staff in an informal discussion about creativity, process, and the ideas behind the work.
Rather than viewing art as decoration, this program invites employees to encounter contemporary artistic thinking as a source of curiosity, reflection, and innovation.
The Partnership
Harm's Reach will curate and coordinate a one-month exhibition featuring the work of a contemporary artist selected specifically for your workplace.
The program includes:
A professionally curated one-month installation of an original artwork
Installation and removal of the work
A one-hour artist talk and discussion with employees
Project coordination and communication managed by Harm's Reach
The exhibition is intended to create a thoughtful moment within the workplace—an opportunity for employees to engage with new ideas and experience contemporary art in a setting outside the traditional gallery.
